Ive been eating Jolibee for years. The Seafood City location is the most consistently good one. I ate Jolibee in a town in the rural Philippines this year and it wasn't very good by comparison.

Very good cook for saying you suck😂 Could work on the crust a little bit I use a ripping hot cast iron pan to get a nice sear then lower temp and baste with butter garlic and rosemary. Another pro tip is salt the meat about 2 hours prior to cooking and let sit in the fridge on a rack to get a deep red color and drive out some moisture. I don’t use steak seasoning just s&p. Been watching your videos for years keep up the good work.
